Return Policy of Annkh:
When you reach out to us for return/exchange, we are here to help you. Your feedback is valuable for us to improve our product and services.
Annkh doesn’t provide return, but exchange in-case of size issues is available.
For most of our products, we offer exchange and refund incase of cancellation within 2-3 hours process for domestic orders. Please note that there are some items, such as Made-to-Order items or light coloured products, which are not eligible for exchanges. You can find the specific return and exchange policy for each product clearly outlined on its respective product page.
The exchange of the product must be arranged by the buyer, who is responsible for shipping or couriering the Annkh Original Product to our warehouse address (provided after you contact us at annkhstore@gmail.com). After the product reaches our warehouse, the exchange will be initiated.”
Eligibility for exchange (Mandatory if customer claims damage):
- Provide picture of the original Annkh product (mandatory)
- Opening video of the product (mandatory)
IMPORTANT NOTE : IF WE RECEIVE THE EXCHANGE PRODUCT IN DAMAGED CONDITION OR INCORRECT PRODUCT (different product) THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE WON’T BE PROCESSED.
Non-eligibility for exchange
- Plus size (XXS, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL) are not eligible for exchange.
- Custom orders are not eligible. (Products made specially for your size)
Email Us :
Incase of damage if your product is eligible for exchange, please contact us at annkhstore@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. We will work with you and provide the warehouse address to send the original Annkh product.
Mandatory for exchange:
- Picture of the product with tag
- Opening video of the product
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return. Only 1 time exchange will be accepted.
Guaranteed :
We offer you refund in-case of cancellation within 2hours and exchange in-case of size issues.
Exchange Period:
The exchange is accepted only within 48 hours of product delivery date. In case, if you exchange after 48 hours, the exchange request will not be accepted. So kindly return the products within 48 hours.
In case there is some defect or damage or loss of parts in the product the buyer should contact us within 48 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel and opening video of the product for proof. If the customer contacts us after 48 hours then the exchange of the product will be rejected for damage or missing part reasons.
Exchanges:
Exchange Your Standard size Garment with custom size Garment: If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want a Custom-fit garment in exchange, then share your best-fit garment measurement with your order number on annkhstore@gmail.com with your requirement. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you in 5 to 7 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.
In one order Return/Exchange is possible for one time Only.
Customisation Refund Policy:
If the customer has customised the product according to their personalised measurements and later are not satisfied with their product, in such cases no exchange or no refund will be provided.
Conditions:
Products have to be in its original conditions as they were delivered to you. We will not accept the products in below conditions.
- If products were used
- If there are any scratches on the product
- With any change in product
- Damaged product
Return Charges :
Product exchange shipping charges have to be paid by the customer.
