At Annkh, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. The products are made after placing the order. So once the production starts cancellation is not possible. Our cancellation and refund policy outlines the procedures for canceling orders and requesting refunds.

- 2-3 Hours after placing order: You may cancel your order within 2-3 hours for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team with your order details to initiate the cancellation process.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still exchange the items according to our exchange policy.
2. Refund/Replacement Eligibility:
